The terms

You must be 18 or over. Everything past the front door is adult content, and you pass an age check to get in.

Everything on this site is mine. You can watch it and keep what you have bought for yourself. You may not copy, record, share or sell any of it.

Credits and tributes are paid through PayPal and are not refundable. A credit is one pound and pays for my replies and unlocks my photos and voice notes.

Custom videos and photo sets are paid by bank transfer, a deposit to secure it and the rest when it is ready. If I decline your request, you are not charged. Once I have started filming, the deposit is not refundable.

In person bookings take a deposit by bank transfer and the balance in cash at the start. The deposit is not refunded if you cancel within three days of the date. If I have to cancel, it comes straight back to you.

When I send your quote, your date is held for 24 hours, or 48 hours if I am flying to you. If the deposit has not arrived by then your request is automatically declined and the date becomes available again.

For bookings outside the UK, the flights and the hotel are paid on top of the deposit, before I book anything. I book my own travel and accommodation.

Every booking is on the terms you agree to on the booking form. What I will and will not do is set out there, and nothing is added to it on the day.

Where a booking involves any exchange of fluids, a valid barcoded gold standard test including HIV PCR must be seen beforehand. Without it, a condom is used at all times.

If you arrive unshowered, or anything happens that you agreed on the form would not, our time ends and the booking is cancelled, including forfeiture of any funds.

I answer messages myself. Abuse, threats or demands for anything free end the conversation and the account.

Anything I send you in a message is for you alone.

I can close an account, refuse an order or a booking, or change these terms. If something here is unclear, email contact@moremisssally.com.
